Osborne Park Isuzu UTE

We purchased a vehicle 2 years ago. The gentlemen convinced us to purchase the extended warranty because the vehicle was older and that the warranty covered us for everything except for the hydraulics. We had issues with the Ute since day 1. We contacted the warranty company only to find out that we were mislead and they told us to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the manager Rob James and he said he can’t help me to contact consumer protection. I then called the service department for the safety checklist and they said they would email me. After some time of not receiving it I called them back to be told that if I want a copy of the vehicle’s safety checklist to call consumer protection. I then asked to speak to rob’s manager Peter Merks and was refused his details and Was told to contact consumer protection again. So hopefully somehow Peter Merks and the manager of Isuzu here’s about this bad experience and decides to do the right thing

After a lot of research, I found the car I was after. Of all the available cars in Perth, these guys had the one I liked. Kaz kept in contact with me from the get go and even called me after hours on a weekend to answer my query. Even though we couldn’t initially agree on a price, I was happy with the service. Luckily Peter then contacted me, and between us we agreed on a deal we were both happy with! Excellent service. Very, very happy with my new to me car. Thanks guys!

I unfortunately didn't get past the initial email inquiry (submitted thru their website). I downloaded a brochure in Dec 2022 and received an email from Adam" to ask if I had any further inquires. This was obviously an automated response as my two emails to him since have gone unanswered.3 months later

My daughter went to have a look at a used car, she was told to put a holding deposit down on the vehicle as we had a 1hr trip to get there. Had a look at the car but wasn't going to pay that much for the car. Now she was told it would take 3-5 days to get her deposit back, this was a month ago. Every time I make a call on her behalf we are met with lies . Very unprofessional, will never come here again and still haven't received her deposit back. Buyer beware

Our first time at the service department, everyone was really nice, easy to talk to and friendly. It's further for us to go there but I like how I got treated . We will go back there for our next service. Thank you Joe and the team.

Service reception is well organised, staff are friendly and professional.Price of the 45,000km service is reasonable using genuine parts.Attention to detail is very good too. My Dmax has a slide-on camper and the service team picked up one of the anchor bolts was loose, so they tightened it up.Gives me confidence the service team really do check the vehicle before returning to the customer.

My Son and I went to look at a used car here. The sales staff were excellent. Finance to suit his needs as an apprentice. When we returned to collect the car unfortunately it was not ready so he was given a very nice BMW for the day and told to return the following day to collect his new car. These guys went out of their way to give the best service. My son has been back twice since for the fixed price servicing and the car is still running perfectly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Kaz was increasingly unprofessional and rude from the very start. Yelled at us over the phone because of an error on their end which was completely out of our control. Didn't even speak to us the day we picked up the car, just passed us the keys and sent us away. All the other staff we dealt with were great but Kaz ruined it for us. Happy with the car overall but not the service.

5 stars for Izzie for exceeding my expectations and making my buying and selling experience hassle free. He delivered exactly what he said he’d do and would give updates and feedback promptly when asked upon. Would definitely recommend his service for anyone looking to buy new. Cheers
