Purchased a new Isuzu truck from these guys. Normal Covid wait like everyone else. Pricing was spot on the first time. Communication was great. Organised a custom tray through GT fabrication.

They understand excalty what a customer needs. Have just done a 30k service and asked them heaps of extra. They did it all.. very reasonable with price and always with a smile. Am lucky to have a dealer like them..

Would be good if there was a courtesy car that could be loaned for long periods of time, good for regional customers. When the service was done my car was pulled round to the front with all the windows down and car completely full of thick dust. Slightly annoying to have to clean it all again. Aircon is making a weird noise now since service.

I approached SW Isuzu seeking to buy a DMax. In the end they unfortunately didn't have the variant I was after but never the less, I can't recommend the saleman, Dean, enough. He made every effort to try to track down what I was looking for as well as showing me what he had available including arranging test drives. I'm only sorry I couldn't buy from him. He is extremely knowledgeable about his product and happy to patiently and diligently address all queries.
