It's ok for a dealer but there are no cars to look at. ( Colour wise and accessories). It has a lot of used cars if you don't want Isuzu and the delivery wait is way to long but that's normal. They put you off buying a Isuzu.

Very unhappy with the service received at this dealership. Bought a brand new D Max ute in October of last year. March 2021 we had a bullbar fitted and then we travelled from WA to QLD. Upon arriving in QLD we needed a roadworthy to change the plates. He advised us that the tyres were completely scrubbed out on the inside. I requested a copy of the wheel alignment report. All we got was the paperwork saying W/A". This is not proof that the wheel alignment has been done in my opinion. They couldn't provide the paperwork showing the camber

I had just started my search for a new car when I walked past Bergmans. Seeing they had a number of Isuzu Utes, and knowing they were out of my budget, I was about to just walk on past. That's when Andy came up to me and asked me how I was going, and when I mentioned they were probably out of my budget, he steered me in to show me a Ssangyong Korando. He then passed me on to the amazing Neville, the finance guru who talked me through the entire process of financing your vehicle and the options available. Having never purchased a car from a caryard or really taking out a loan up til this point, he explained everything to me spot on.I could go on and on about how they made the experience amazing, how my car is brilliant and I'm under warranty til 2027 (Yes, 9 years), but it wouldn't do the experience justice. Thanks Andy and thanks Neville for being absolute champions and for treating myself and my wife like people and not 'dollar signs'. Would 100% recommend people coming here and giving them a chance to guide you to your next car!

Ordinary service. Salesman spent time on the phone more than once, had little knowledge about the vehicle he was selling, was quite pushy and keen for me to sign and got stroppy when I didn't for various reasons.Walked away happily empty handed.

From the moment we walked in the yard and met Andy the experience has been totally professional and a great experience.Nothing has been too much trouble and all of the agreements and contract details were met without exception. We were kept informed of the progress and delivery dates of our new MU-X on a regular basis.The delivery date was earlier than expected and the presentation of our new vehicle along with a complete instruction of all of the features and controls was carried out under cover and comprehensibly.We were introduced to the service manager and other staff who we will be dealing with in the future.Cannot fault Bergmans in any way.
