The inspection team are great. Been taking my heavy vehicle to Major Motors for its annual inspection for many years. Always in and out without any fuss. Any problems explained and suggested resolutions detailed. Take all my vehicles there for inspection. Thanks Dennis, Carl & Michelle

I read the reviews and thought I was on a winner with Major Motors but my dealings with the service department was very disappointing. I discussed issues with my truck with the service team almost 2 months in advance and booked it in for the work discussed ,as we are a small family business if the truck isn't on the road it cost's, a week after I dropped it off I checked our vehicle tracker and noticed it hadn't moved for the 3 days after I had dropped it off, after numerus calls and and in my opinion an exorbitant quote quoting extra parts that were not needed. I had the truck picked up in the main issue not any closer to being fixed after a week of being in the their workshop, so losing thousands of dollars in lost revenue and still not having the main issue fixed means I wont be back

The service here is a joke.Consistently make commitments they can't keep. Last visit they caused me great distress by making me late to collect my 5 year old from school, no sympathy, no apologies, end up in a row with the assistant manager" and get banned from their site. I'm the 2nd man from my team of 15 to be banned.Major Motors need to take a long look in the mirror."

Been taking a Isuzu truck here for some time dropping it off on a Friday morning for a service to pick up Monday morning no issues until last service. Service wasn't started until Monday morning when we needed to pick it up and use the Vehicle. This put our regular run upside down. But I guess what can we do?
