These guys are great. I wanted a part for my Isuzu D-Max in Indonesia. They didn’t freak out when I couldn’t supply a VIN, they just said “we can try, however if it’s the wrong thing, you bought it.” Cool let’s give it a go.I had a part number, and Sean said, I have a number close to that, just three number up. I think this would be it. Cost $42.00.Only a couple of things could be improved. They said they would email me an invoice they day I ordered the part. They didn’t. A week later I called them and said “hey, you were gonna email me a invoice and call when my part arrived” all credit to Alex he said “sorry, that would be my fault, I’m supposed to email this stuff.” At least he put his hand up.Next place for improvement, they didn’t call or email when the part arrived. Alex went out the back and said “yeah it’s here, you can come tomorrow because we close in five minutes.”They are open on Saturday mornings so points for that as well.

My fiance and I had a great experience purchasing our new car with Major Motors Bibra Lake. They offered a lot of support and advice and were not pushy whatsoever. We are absolutely stoked with our purchase and would go back in a heart beat to purchase our next car. Wanted to give an extra special shout out to Jordyn & Michael who were absolute stars.

Bought one of the new Ls-u's earlier on in the year, Brilliant ute, tows like a dream and with great fuel consumption too.Ive had Nissan's and Toyota's in the past and the Dmax is a class above. Had second to none service from Paul in sales and Lee and the service team, great bunch of blokes. Highly recommend.

I bought a key for my isuzu dmax and requested for key code since i did not had that information, the service department gave me wrong key code that resulted in total waste of time and money i spent on it. Despite informing the concerned person about their fault through telephone call and email, i have not recieved any response.
